I started bodywork therapy in 1994 to put myself through school. I initially was attending school to become a physical therapist but as I started to fall in love with massage therapy, I also started to notice the mind body connection. More so the mind body disconnection and I became very interested in Psychology.
I decided to change my major to health psychology and started down that path. The traditional psychology that I was learning was interesting, but it wasn’t until I started learning EFT, Hypnotherapy, NLP, Regression and Functional Nutrition that I started seeing incredible results with my clients. I love incorporating all of these tools to get to the root of everything. Whether it’s bodywork or deeper mindset therapy I feel honored to help my clients implement lasting change in their mind and body. We are incredible beings with far more potential than we realize. |
